Recently, Brenda Sturges, purchased Realty Finders after working as property manager and leasing agent for 2 years. Ms. Sturges brings with her 15 years experience as a residential property manager and over ten years in commercial property management. In addition to holding a Florida Real Estate Brokers license, Ms. Sturges is also a licensed Community Association Manager, (CAM). Having learned property management from the ground up, Ms. Sturges has integrated and implemented new procedures at Realty Finders with time-tested management. One of her most successful procedures has been the payment of owner funds by ACH deposit. For the investor concerned about cash flow, this means next day availability of funds, (in most cases) due to the direct deposit of funds to the investor’s bank as cash. Realty Finders, Inc. continues its goals to relieve the investor property owners of the day-to-day stress of management, leaving them time to pursue other goals. We do this by listing and showing the property; finding the most qualified tenants; handling routine and emergency maintenance; and paying our owners timely. Many of our owners are long-term clients and are a tribute to the dedicated management team at Realty Finders, Inc. Ms Sturges’ management philosophy is to treat our tenants and owners the way she would like to be treated while maintaining strong controls to assure maximum profitability with a minimum of hassle. Realty Finders receives nearly all rents prior to or on the first of each month and we have numerous long term tenants. |
